How to use the webshop of FAST 'N FINISH?

You can search in our webshop in several ways.
When you just move your "mouse" over the menu at the left (in the blue part), a following menu unfolds or the products are displayed immediately.
You can also search the site with the "search"-button on top.

 

 

 

Webshop

Under "Information Desk"you will find all kinds of usefull information about different types of paper drill bits, (wire)stitching machines, compressors etc.

 

 

 

 

Servicecentre

We cooperate together with Snijders Grafische Machines. They repair or maintain your machines, stitching heads etc.

Repairing yourself?
Under "Service centre"you will find schematics and partlists of several products.
If you are missing the schematic/partslist of your machine/head, please contact us.

In this way you know for sure that you are ordering the right parts (wrong parts can not be returned).

 

 

 

Prices

The prices in our webshop are without Taxes.
Though we try not to, it might be possible that there are wrong prices in our webshop.
In that case we make reservations to use the right prices.

If that happens, you have the possibility to cancel your order.

In our webshop you also find bigger machines for paper drilling, stitching etc.

We can imagine that you hesitate to order such a machine on the internet.
The reason we put these machines on our webshop is simple to let you know the prices we use.

You can always phone or e-mail us for more information about payment possibilities or visit us to look at the machines in our showroom.

 

 

 

 

Order rebate

The more you order, the higher your rebate!

  • Orders from € 500,-- upto € 999,-- 2 % rebate
  • Orderbedrag from € 1.000,-- 3 % rebate

Note: no extra rebate on goods on sale.

  

 

 Terms

On all our deliveries we use our General terms of Bussiness, deposited at the Chamber of Commerce under 32094215.
You have to agree with these terms to finish your internet order.

 

 

 

  

 

Information about payments

When you are finished shopping, you have to fill in your name, adress etc. (note the difference between billing-address and delivery address!) and choose your way of paying:

  • Payment in advance
    You ask your Bank to remit the amount of your order. 
    Please do not forget to state your Weborder number (always in the orderconfirmation).
    The Netherlands:
    Rabo Bank account No. 1570.91.686
    Belgium:
    KBC Bank account No. 731.0199.876.31
       
  • Single Authorization
    * only possible in The Netherlands *
    With this option you will find our authorizationform attached to your orderconfirmation (in PDF). You have to print this form, fill it in and return it signed.
    This is possible by e-mail (scanning), fax and ofcourse by mail.
  • On invoice (+ € 5,00 administration costs)
    * only possible in The Netherlands and only for orders above € 100,-- nett *
    With this paymentcondition you can pay afterwards (within 14 days nett).
  • Cash on Delivery (+ € 10,00 extra costs)
    * only possible in The Netherlands *
    When the delivery service comes to deliver your order, you pay cash to the deliverer (max. € 1.000,--)
  • Cash (+ € 5,00 order costs)
    You can also come to pick up your order against cash payment (no ATM machine!).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Information about delivery

The Netherlands:
Orders above € 200,-- (excl. VAT) are sent carriage paid (mainly through GLS).
Under this amount we charge € 10,-- order- and shippingcosts.
The possible order- and shippingcosts will be stated separately at the end of your order.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany:
For these countries we always charge order- and shippingcosts of € 15,-- .

Europe; other countries:
For all other countries in Europe, we charge a contribution in the shippingcosts of € 20,-- per order.

We have our own warehouse, where we stock a large part of our products.
Concerning the products we do not stock, we arranged to make good agreements with our suppliers regarding the deliverytimes, so also these products can be supplied quickly.

The moment of delivery depends ons the way of payment:

  • Payment in advance:
    Provided all goods are on stock, shipment of your order is possible on the day your payment has been remitted to our account.
  • Cash on delivery (+ € 10,-- extra costs, maximum orderamount € 1.000,--) 
    When you order is on stock, this can be shipped on the day of your order.
    You will be informed in advance so you know on which day your order will be delivered.
    Please pay attention to the fact that you have to pay cash to the deliverer and please pay with the exact money .
  • Single authorization (maximum € 1.000,--) 
    Please reckon with a processingtime of approx. 7 days
    Important is that you fill out the form as soon as possible and return it signed.
  • On invoice
  • When in stock, the goods will be shipped the same or the following day (depends on the time of ordering). When the goods are not in stock, you will be informed about the expected deliverytime.

Delivery of the goods will take place on workingdays (monday through friday), between 8:30 and 18:00 hours.

Attention: When delivery cannot take place through your fault, for example by stating the wrong deliveryadress, or when a shipment is being refused at the door, without communicating this in advance with FAST 'N FINISH, the shippingcosts will be completely redressed.

 

 

 

 

 

Consideration time

After receipt of the goods, our customers have a 7 days notice to cancel the agreement and to return or interchange the goods.
The purchase amount will be paid back through our bank within 14 days after receipt of the goods, after deducting of € 10,-- cancellingcosts.

 

 

 

 

 

Trading / returning

Products can be returned or traded in unharmed, original packaging.
Returnshipments only can be accepted when stamped properly.
Both trading and returning, always send a copy of the invoice and state your bankaccount.

Attention:  Loss, breakage, theft or other damage by return transport are not for our risk and will not be compensated for.
